Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, here is a delicious omelette recipe that I usually have for breakfast with a glass of juice. Is the perfect mix to start the day protein, veggies, and fruits.
Recipe
1 Egg
1 Slice Kraft Cheese
2 Slices of Turkey
1/2 Tomato (little chunks)
1/4 Green Pepper(little chunks)
1/2 Spoon of Onion (little chunks)
Mix them up in a bowl and then put them in the frying pan until is cooked. I don't fold it, I leave it as a pancake a few minutes on one side and then the complicated turn to the other side and it's done.
