LONDON

For Christmas I went to London with my family and it was great, we had beautiful days most of the time and it was Christmas so what is better than that! I always wanted to go during the holidays so I could go to Winter Wonderland and finally this was the year, LOVED IT!
The only problem of going to London during Christmas is that everything is closed the 25th, only stores are open the 26th for Boxing day and somethings are still closed the 27th so what to do?
London is my favorite city so any chance I have to go there I'm there, I went back to all my favorite places and this time with my family which was awesome, I was sort of the guide tour so yeah, I love to do that! We took a lot of pictures, went to awesome restaurants and many many things.
Sketch was a restaurant I always wanted to go and this time we finally went and completely loved it, the place is so cool, it has three different sections with different decors, the bathrooms are huge eggs and they make sounds while your in them, it's gorgeous! The other restaurant I definitely loved too was Sushi Samba, it has an amazing view of London in the 40th floor with all window glass, the restaurant set the bar high, and the food delicious and also the mojitos.
I went to my favorite markets Portobello Road and Camden Town which are always a must, Notting Hill really is beautiful, I would defitnely live there if I lived in London. Also, went to my favorite museum Somerset House and saw an amazing fashion exhibit of Isabella Blow, the person who discover the great Alexander McQueen, it was phenomenal, she was a really unique person.
The other must in London are musicals, we went to see We Will Rock You, I wasn't sure what to expect when I got there and loved it, I was so happy we saw it, the music was fantastic, the performers great, in general it was amazing and funny we all had an incredible time.

Happy 2014

Hey, so I've been pretty lost but it's been crazy since thanksgiving...! I went back home for a week on thanksgiving then I had crazy finals and then traveling during the holidays first to London with one side of the family and then to Miami with the other! Yesterday finally got back home and I've been crazy organizing everything, getting down Christmas decorations, organizing my closet and now just opened a store @ storenvy and ebay with some items I want out... doing some cleansing for the new year and I'm excited.
Hopefully this year is going to be great, I have many things I want to achieve this year like → I'm on my last semester at school so graduation, yei! I'm gonna get on track with diet and fitness, look for a great job (hopefully!), get organized and stay that way, redecorate some parts of the apartment, apply to graduate schools, turn 25 and get my dream bag as my gift to me and many other things!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING

This week I was away... I went back home to Venezuela and it was pretty busy, I had so many things to do I didn't have time to post but finally I'm back home and not ready for finals! It was refreshing to have a week of kind of not doing anything from work the only thing I had many errands but now I'm starting to catch up with some projects. Before I left I got my first Birchbox box which I was pretty excited about and it had cool things, I can't wait for the next one... And even though I was in Venezuela I didn't let BlackFriday just passed by there where so many good sales out there, I bought all my christmas presents so I'm done with that. Of course I bought a few things for me but I think tomorrow is the day where I'll be shopping, there are so many great sales for Cyber Monday, some even better than for Black Friday it's crazy!!

For the next weeks I have to come up with topics for my senior thesis, I have been looking for inspiration everywhere and have come of with a few ideas I really like, specially one that I believe would be great final project. I just joined Birchbox and have been seeing everywhere this new idea of delivery in these cute boxes all kinds of kits whether they are beauty samples, dog gifts or DIY kits, and I think it's a wonderful idea, they boxes look awesome and it's always fun to get them. My first and favorite idea is something like that but for creatives, a box designed for designers, artist and creatives but everyone can enjoy it, that will come to your house monthly or every now and then however the subscriber prefers and have samples, little things creative love and want, inspiration, info on new designers and brands and many more. I'm getting really excited with these idea and think it would be awesome to create this new identity fro the name, logo, boxes to the website. The other idea would be a branding project which is always fun I'm thinking for a DIY startup kind of jewelry or fashion maybe even for this blog! or the other option could be a pastry store which could also be fun and of course have macaroons!
Hopefully when I pitch the ideas to my professor she likes the creative box and gives the thumbs up, it would be super fun to do it, I haven't even start it and go so many ideas swirling up in brain. Here are some of the little things I've found that have inspired one way or another.
